WHAT IS REVIVE360?

Revive360 is a free exterior check-up for a homeowner’s house, like a physical for the home.

Every issue gets photographed. The homeowner gets a digital report that ranks each finding as fix now, plan for soon, or keep an eye on.

WHY WOULD YOU WANT IT?

  • Most expensive damage is hidden: Catching it early means a small repair instead of a larger more expensive project.

  • You’ll get photos and plain-English notes showing what needs attention, what to keep an eye on, and what’s in good shape.

  • It’s free & let's you find out the current condition of your home with anything going on that you didn't know about.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it really free?

Yes, with no cost, no obligation and no catch. You keep the full photo report whether you ever hire us or not. We do it because catching small problems early builds trust, and we’d rather be the company you call when you need us.

Are you going to try to sell me something?

We’re a business, so yes, we hope you’ll hire us if you need work - however, the inspection isn’t a sales pitch. It’s how we earn your trust. We photograph everything we find, from rotted framing to crawlspace mold to missing shingles, so you can see the problem for yourself instead of taking a stranger’s word for it. We’ll give you our opinion, and if everything looks good, we’ll tell you that too. What you do next, and who you hire, is up to you.

How long does it take?

Most inspections take about 30 minutes. If you’re short on time, just let us know and we’ll get in and out faster.

Do I need to be home?

It depends. Yes, if you would like an attic inspection, which we prefer to do to provide an accurate assessment and identifying leaks can sometimes be easier from inside the attic then just the roof. It's also a great chance to ask questions and see what we see. If an attic inspection is declined, we can still perform our inspection with no one needing to be home.
